Brewing Instructions

  • Tea powder: 1.5 g (about 2 bamboo scoops)
  • Water amount: 50–250 ml 
    • For the best flavor: Mix with cold water and stir or shake well until fully dissolved. Cold brewing highlights the tea’s natural sweetness, umami, and smooth finish.
    • For a warm drink: Use water up to 70°C (158°F) and whisk until smooth. Avoid boiling water to preserve the delicate flavor.
    • Steeping time: None required (powdered tea).
